Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveying-ready professional to support tendering, cost control, and subcontract administration across construction projects in Singapore.

You will handle procurement, cost estimation, and documentation, coordinating with the Project Manager and the team to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Requirements include a Degree in Quantity Surveying and 1-2 years of related construction experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 1-2 years related experience in construction field

Responsibilities

• Source sub-contractors and vendors for quotations during tendering
• Carry out quantity take-offs during tendering
• Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval prior to tender submission
• Prepare project cash flow statements
• Prepare and finalize subcontract documents (including all contract and technical requirements)
• Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedules
• Assist Project Manager with negotiation and award of sub-contracts
• Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors
• Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for variation orders (VO) for valuation
• Prepare monthly payment certificates and check invoices against delivery orders
• Prepare monthly reports (contractual matters), including updating and maintaining records for Architect Instructions, Variation Orders, sub-contractor approval lists, and monthly man-hour reports
• Prepare cost summary reports
• Update and maintain material price lists for each project
• Evaluate sub-contractors' performance with the project team
