Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based technology consultancy, is seeking a product manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive business outcomes by taking a product from problem definition to release and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders, crafting proposals, defining success metrics, and coordinating with designers and engineers to deliver and iteratively improve the product.

Qualifications

• Proven record of driving business outcomes.
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq is a plus.

This is a 12 months fixed-term contract role.

What will you do?

Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement)

1. Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.

2. Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.

3. Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.

4. Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.

5. Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.

6. Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.

7. Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.

8. Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.

1. Proven record of driving business outcomes.

2. End to end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Ability to effectively manage high level stakeholders.

5. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.

6. Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.

7. Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.

8. Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
