Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering with 3–8 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in managing IT products/projects, prototyping and vendor management.
• Project management certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with government procurement and IM8 guidelines is advantageous.
• Experience in hybrid Agile environments and automation to improve delivery.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled tools, data-driven decision making and cloud collaboration is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement IT applications and integration across platforms.
• Conceptualize, innovate and perform feasibility study of new or improved products based on user requirements.
• Manage Proof-of-Concept and/or pilot projects involving new technologies.
• Work closely with users to leverage IT for business needs and service innovation.
• Prepare proposal and storyboard IT solutions to get buy-in from users and management.
• Responsible for end-to-end procurement of IT services, ensuring objectivity and best value.
• Manage the vendors and contracts to ensure performance aligns with tenders and SLAs.
