Job summary

IIX is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead financial reporting, planning, treasury, and controls for the group. You will prepare statutory statements, manage cash flows, and maintain robust financial controls across multiple entities and SPVs.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance or related discipline; professional qualification preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant audit, financial and management accounting experience.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, accounting principles and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Independent and self-driven with ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines.
• Meticulous, analytical, innovative and self-motivated team player.
• Experience with QuickBooks would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of timely and accurate management accounts, statutory financial statements, tax filings, and audits for IIX group entities and SPVs; ensure compliance with applicable standards and internal policies.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, including budget variance analysis and forecasts for head office and business units.
• Manage cash flow forecasts, bank accounts, payments, receivables, and intercompany balances across the group; coordinate with banks and counterparts.
• Maintain effective financial controls and support borrowers repayments, arrears, restructurings, and related audit documentation.
