Job summary

Impact Investment Exchange (Asia) Pte Ltd seeks an AVP/VP, Finance to lead financial reporting, planning, treasury and controls across the IIX group and SPVs. You will oversee internal and outsourced finance teams and collaborate with business units, portfolio teams and external transaction parties.

The role centers on delivering timely management accounts, statutory financial statements, budgets, forecasts and cash flow management, while strengthening financial controls and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline; professional qualification preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in audit, financial and management accounting roles.
• Ability to act independently and execute sound judgment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, accounting principles and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of timely management accounts, statutory financial statements, tax filings, and audits for IIX group entities and SPVs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal policies; manage auditors and tax agents.
• Prepare financial reports and documentation for investors, lenders, donors, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with variance analysis and forecasts for head office and business units.
• Assess revenue pipelines, expenditures, funding needs, and financial risks; provide clear analysis to senior management.
• Manage cash flow forecasts, bank accounts, payments, receivables, and intercompany balances across the group.
• Coordinate with banks, trustees, agents, and counterparties for financing vehicles and reporting.
