Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in communications, design, urban planning or a related field.
• Experience designing public engagement or experience-led initiatives.
• Strong storytelling and ability to translate complex ideas into engaging experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design immersive public engagement experiences that communicate messages effectively.
• Conceptualise strategies using storytelling and interactive design to boost participation.
• Apply spatial and experience design to create environments for events, exhibitions and outreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute initiatives.
• Project manage the development of a future transport gallery space to boost engagement.
• Research community needs to ensure inclusivity and relevance of initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate engagement activities, including logistics and vendors.
• Monitor feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
