Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a patient service assistant to join its Outsourcing Team. You will greet patients, register them, book appointments, and coordinate referrals to specialists while ensuring a warm, efficient check-in experience.

You will also handle payments, respond to inquiries, and help manage patient concerns with timely escalation. The role includes working at the health monitoring station, taking basic measurements, and following the supervisor's roster.

Job description

Working hours:

Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekdays (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

44 hours per work week
