Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a patient services assistant to greet and register patients, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and handle payments. This role is stationed at the health monitoring station and follows the supervisor roster.

You will take height/weight and blood pressure, respond to inquiries with a high level of customer service, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

Job description

Working hours:

Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekdays (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat (need to follow the roster planned by supervisor)

44 hours per work week
