Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a nursing professional to support oversight of clinical standards, coordinate audits, and promote continuous improvement in patient care throughout radiology procedures.

You will ensure nursing assessments, care plans, interventions, and evaluations meet standards, verify informed consent, and assist radiologists during interventional procedures with post-procedure care and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Support the oversight and implementation of departmental clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor nursing practices, coordinate clinical audits, and promote continuous improvement in patient care.
• Ensure nursing assessments, care plans, interventions, and evaluations meet established clinical standards.
• Verify informed consent documentation and ensure patients understand their procedures and expected examination duration.
• Lead or contribute to the review and updating of SOPs, work instructions, and clinical competency checklists using evidence-based guidelines.
• Guide and supervise nursing staff in providing appropriate patient and family education and pre- and post-procedure care.
• Assist radiologists during interventional procedures and support moderate sedation cases in collaboration with the relevant medical team.
• Monitor the accuracy of procedure documentation, consumable usage, and patient billing.
• Ensure compliance with radiation protection and infection control standards.
• Coordinate an appropriate response to clinical emergencies and support patient safety.
• Participate in nursing quality committee activities and departmental improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director or Radiologist.
