Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is recruiting a nursing professional to deliver and coordinate nursing support for patients undergoing diagnostic imaging and cardiovascular procedures in Singapore.

You will assist radiologists and cardiologists, prepare sterile trolleys, and ensure consent documentation is complete. The role requires commitment to patient safety, accurate documentation, and teamwork within the department, with involvement in emergency response and Code Blue activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide nursing support for diagnostic imaging and cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist during emergencies and Code Blue responses within scope.
• Support Radiologists and Cardiologists during procedures with sterile setup.
• Obtain consent documentation and explain procedures to patients.
• Perform IV cannulation for contrast exams as directed.
• Prepare sterile equipment and maintain clinical documentation.
• Carry out newborn hearing screening and ECG per protocols.

• Participate in the Department’s emergency response and Code Blue Team activities and provide appropriate nursing intervention within professional scope during emergencies.
• Support Radiologists, Cardiologists and other Specialists during diagnostic and invasive procedures, ensuring appropriate preparation and nursing assistance.
• Carry out peripheral intravenous cannulation for contrast examinations as directed by the attending physician and in accordance with clinical protocols and competency requirements.
• Prepare and maintain sterile trolleys, equipment and procedure-related accessories to support safe and efficient clinical procedures.
• Perform newborn hearing screening and ECG procedures in accordance with departmental protocols.

• Participate in the Department’s emergency response and Code Blue Team activities and provide appropriate nursing intervention within professional scope during emergencies.

• Support Radiologists, Cardiologists and other Specialists during diagnostic and invasive procedures, ensuring appropriate preparation and nursing assistance.

• Carry out peripheral intravenous cannulation for contrast examinations as directed by the attending physician and in accordance with clinical protocols and competency requirements.

• Prepare and maintain sterile trolleys, equipment and procedure-related accessories to support safe and efficient clinical procedures.

• Perform newborn hearing screening and ECG procedures in accordance with departmental protocols.

• Verify that patients have completed the required consent documentation for MRI, IVP, CT and other special or invasive procedures.

• Explain relevant procedural information, address appropriate patient concerns and provide reassurance and support throughout the patient journey.

• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and comply with departmental, institutional and professional requirements.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
