Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a seasoned leader to drive lifecycle strategy and retention across ANZ, Korea and ASEAN. You will translate customer needs into offerings, lead regional product sales leads, and coordinate with global teams to accelerate growth of O&U and Digital Solutions.

You will own downstream lifecycle management, pricing, go-to-market programs, and profitability analysis, while ensuring alignment with global and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in Services, Sales, Marketing, Product Management or Commercial Operations, preferably in healthcare technology or medical imaging.
• Proven ability to turn growth strategy into multi-market go-to-market programmes.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills across installed-base economics, pricing, profitability, funnel management and forecasting.
• Proven leadership and influence in aligning global, regional and country stakeholders within a complex matrix.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and executive storytelling skills.
• Experience with direct and indirect channels; sales and product demonstrations are advantageous.
• Willingness to take a hands-on role in strategic opportunities, launches and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional lifecycle product sales team.
• Collaborate with global, regional and local teams to deliver lifecycle strategies.
• Advance lifecycle programs for upgrades, retention and digital adoption.
• Own downstream management of O&U and Digital Solutions including pricing and packaging.
• Drive GTM readiness, demand generation and sales enablement.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and track portfolio performance.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance and Product to execute lifecycle plans.
