Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a senior leader to drive accurate service commercial forecasting, revenue planning, and sales performance across the AKA region (ASEAN, Korea, Australia & New Zealand). The role partners with the Services GM to shape growth priorities, oversee pipeline health, pricing governance, and regional go-to-market execution, while delivering robust analytics and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in commercial operations and service sales.
• Experience in healthcare or medical technology markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with forecasting and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Own the services revenue forecasting across AKA markets and segments.
• Lead annual planning and BPR for Services business.
• Develop growth strategies and partnerships with regional leadership.
• Provide actionable insights via dashboards and analytics.
• Drive pricing governance and revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve commercial effectiveness.
