Qualifications

• Experience delivering Cambridge Lower Secondary/IGCSE/IBDP curricula.
• Ability to plan lessons, assessments and programmes.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement.
• Collaborative and reflective practitioner with professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Cambridge Lower Secondary/IGCSE/IBDP curriculum for assigned grades.
• Prepare annual work programme, curriculum plans and assessment schedules.
• Develop lesson plans in advance and seek approval from Head of Department.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in all lessons.
• Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences and provide timely feedback.
• Prepare and upload relevant homework and resources on the school's platform.
• Identify needs of students, including SEND and gifted students, with HoD support.
• Conduct regular assessments, report progress, and participate in parent conferences.
• Support extracurricular activities and ensure safety and wellbeing of learners.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to school improvement.
