Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or higher from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years teaching experience in Cambridge IGCSE/A Level subjects (Maths, English, Geography, History, Chemistry, Biology, Physics).
• Commitment to academically rigorous teaching environment.
• Experience with Cambridge IGCSE and A Level desirable.
• Solid curriculum pedagogy knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sensitivity to cultural diversities.
• Ability to build community with parents.
• Self-motivated with high energy.
• Reflective practitioner with lifelong learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the curriculum to develop student confidence and subject proficiency.
• Prepare written student reports and parent conference materials; provide educational references when applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of student learning and progress.
• Conduct effective parent conferences with assessments and examples of student work.
• Collaborate with co-teachers on planning, pastoral care, and wider school life.
• Ensure student safety on-site and during off-site activities; support social-emotional growth.
• Encourage parent participation in classroom experiences.
• Uphold high personal conduct aligned with school standards.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to school improvement.
