Job summary

SIA Engineering Company Ltd is seeking a dedicated engineer to monitor and manage Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems across aircraft operations. You will track availability, coordinate with MROs and vendors, and provide timely technical support to ensure high system reliability.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, analyzing IFEC defects, and delivering clear reports to management while ensuring operations run smoothly during aircraft schedules.

Qualifications

Honours degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in airline operations and/or aircraft maintenance preferred.
Willingness to perform shift work.
Excellent team player with analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Possess Class 3 Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Monitor IFEC system availability and status across aircraft operations.
Coordinate with IFEC maintenance providers (MRO) to ensure timely maintenance and defect rectification.
Meet inbound aircraft with IFEC issues to investigate causes and provide technical support.
Provide summaries of IFEC issues for follow-up and management updates.
Maintain liaison between IFEC vendors, MROs and aircraft OEMs.
