Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Engineer role may accept Diploma with relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant maintenance or support experience (Engineer).
• Senior Engineer: 5+ years with independent troubleshooting and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of electronic systems maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
• Proficiency with test equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with maintenance documentation, SOPs, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with mission-critical systems or regulated environments preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electronics systems per procedures.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and perform workshop repairs to meet TAT.
• Maintain tools and test equipment to ensure readiness.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.
• Ensure activities comply with scope of work, quality standards, and regulations.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on logistics and invoicing.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
• Undertake additional duties to support programme delivery.
