Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Pasir Panjang is seeking an IAM Engineer on a full-time renewable contract with hybrid working arrangements. You will design, configure and maintain IAM and identity federation solutions, manage AD/AD FS/Entra ID, and implement SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

The role requires hands-on scripting with PowerShell or Python, experience with Microsoft Graph API, and strong governance and compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in IAM, platform engineering or automation.
• Experience with AD/LDAP and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Proficient in PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of identity governance, access management and security compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain IAM and identity federation solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, AD FS, PKI and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Implement authentication and authorisation protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Kerberos.
• Use Microsoft Graph API for identity administration, integration and automation.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python and CI/CD practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot IAM, federation and platform-related incidents.
• Support security, governance, compliance, monitoring and change management activities.

Requirements
