IAM Engineer: Federation & Automation Specialist (Contract)

Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an IAM Engineer on a full-time contract (renewable) to design, configure and maintain IAM and identity federation solutions. You will manage AD/AD FS, PKI and Entra ID environments, implementing SAML and OAuth protocols, and using Graph API for automation.

Responsibilities include developing automation with PowerShell and Python, troubleshooting IAM incidents and supporting governance, security and change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IAM, platform engineering or automation.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, AD FS and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and scripting (PowerShell/Python).
• Knowledge of identity governance, access management and security compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain IAM and identity federation solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, AD FS, PKI and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Implement authentication and authorisation protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Kerberos.
• Use Microsoft Graph API for identity administration, integration and automation.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python and CI/CD practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot IAM, federation and platform-related incidents.
• Support security, governance, compliance, monitoring and change management activities.
