Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, configure, and maintain federation solutions and manage AD/Entra ID environments. You will implement SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos, and use Graph API for automation.

You'll develop automation with PowerShell and Python, handle CI/CD, and troubleshoot incidents while supporting governance, security compliance, and monitoring efforts.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of IAM, platform engineering or automation experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, AD FS and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Proficient in PowerShell or Python and scripting.
• Familiar with identity governance, access management and security compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain IAM and identity federation solutions.
• Manage AD, AD FS, PKI and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Implement authentication and authorisation protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Kerberos.
• Use Microsoft Graph API for identity administration, integration and automation.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python and CI/CD practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot IAM, federation and platform-related incidents.
• Support security, governance, compliance, monitoring and change management activities.
