Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced ICT educator to deliver lessons on Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and programming across multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Train ICT Club students for competitions; conduct photography/videography training.
• Maintain and update school portals and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Film/edit school events and support staff ICT/EdTech activities.

Job description

Working Hours: Mon, Tue, Thu: 8:00am–5:00pm; Wed, Fri: 8:00am–6:00pm

Key Roles

• Conduct ICT/Computing/Digital Literacy lessons for secondary students, covering Microsoft Office, Apple Productivity, Google Workspace, Cyberwellness, programming (Scratch, C/C++, Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Python, Swift), Adobe tools, SLS, Micro:bit, AI ethics, and more

• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, materials, and assessments; monitor and document student progress

• Train and prepare ICT Club students (Media, Robotics, Programming) for competitions

• Conduct photography and videography training for students

• Conduct ICT training courses and workshops for staff

• Support PDLP programme, ICT/EdTech/AV activities, and classroom learning for Sec 1–4

• Provide consultation and assistance to teachers on computer-related matters

• Manage user administration and technical support for school portals (Apple Classrooms, Google Workspace, SLS)

• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures across devices (iOS, ChromeOS, Windows, iPads)

• Maintain and update school website (Isomer, Joomla, WordPress, Swift, or equivalent; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL)

• Film and edit major school events (Adobe Premier Pro, iMovie, Final Cut Pro)

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimally a diploma in ICT or related field (e.g., Computing, Digital Multimedia)

• Must be registered with MOE

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience

• Preferably proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Apple Productivity, Adobe CC, ICT webtools, IT troubleshooting (iOS, ChromeOS, Windows), photography/videography, photo/video editing, and programming (Scratch, C, C++, Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Python, Swift)
