Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an ICT/AV technician to update inventory, support teachers, and set up digital gadgets in classrooms and labs.

The role covers maintaining ICT systems with vendors, organizing equipment, assisting with 3D printers, holographic videos, AI media, and multi-camera live feeds, plus training staff and students.

You will also handle Apple devices, Apple School Manager, and help with school events, publications, and club activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• Training others on ICT/AV systems; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and iOS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Update ICT/AV inventory and conduct twice-yearly stock-checks.
• Assist in asset condemnation, replacement, and track equipment loans.
• Maintain ICT systems with vendors and document newly acquired resources.
• Organise and maintain ICT/AV equipment in allocated rooms.
• Attend to ICT/AV service requests and set up interactive gadgets.
• Assist teachers with technical issues; manage online surveys and reports.
• Create holographic videos, AI media, and operate Smart TVs/Whiteboards.
• Set up and maintain 3D printers; train staff/students on its use.
• Assist with ALP inventory, Makerspace maintenance, and student troubleshooting.
• Wipe and troubleshoot student PLDs; handle Apple School Manager functions.
• Co-facilitate Info-Comm Club photography/videography
• Mentor students and conduct ICT training for staff
• Provide ICT/AV support for official school events
• Maintain digital photo/video albums and update the school website
• Assist teachers with publications (videos, posters, banners)

• Mon-Wed: 7:30am-5:00pm
• Thu: 8:30am-6:00pm
• Fri: 7:30am-4:30pm

Key Roles

Requirements

• Proficient in training others and working on Windows & iOS

• Proven photography and videography skills; multi-cam live feed experience

• Experience with 3D printers, M5Go/Micro:bit, ClassVR, Swivl robots, and Makerspace setup

• Experience with MacOS, Apple School Manager, web design, holographic video, and AI media

• Troubleshooting skills (projectors, visualisers, Apple TV)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
