Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma preferred, with 3+ years' relevant ICT experience; non-diploma candidates with strong experience considered.
• Familiar with Windows, Android, iOS, Chromebooks and iPads.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Skilled in Canva, Kami and WeVideo for classroom and workshop use.
• Proficient in block-based programming (Scratch, MakeCode).
• Photography and videography with editing in Adobe suite.
• Strong in video/audio production workflows for various platforms.
• Maintains Google Sites and basic AV troubleshooting.

• Ensure website content and visuals are accurate and current.
• Liaise with staff for content approval and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teachers and ICT team on ICT-related training and activities.
• Advise staff on digital tools and support ICT-integrated lessons.
• Provide ad-hoc AV support and perform other ICT duties.

Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00am–5:30pm; Fri 8:00am–5:00pm

Key Roles

• Design and deliver age-appropriate ICT training for students and staff
• Conduct workshops on Canva, Kami, WeVideo, Google Workspace, block-based programming (Scratch, MakeCode), photo/video editing, and photography
• Support ICT and multimedia Student-Initiated Learning (SIL) projects
• Provide photography and videography coverage for school events; edit and produce final media outputs
• Advise on recording setup and venue suitability; film alumni and student video submissions as directed
• Maintain and update school Google Sites (content, banners, image collages)
• Ensure website content and visual assets are accurate and current
• Liaise with staff for content approval and provide basic troubleshooting
• Collaborate with teachers and ICT team on ICT-related training, projects, and activities
• Advise staff on digital tools and support ICT-integrated lessons
• Provide ad-hoc AV support
• Perform other ICT-related duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma in IT-related discipline preferred, with at least 3 years' relevant experience (non-diploma candidates with strong experience may be considered)
• Familiar with Windows, Android, iOS, Chromebooks, iPads; proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, Kami, WeVideo
• Proficient in block-based programming (Scratch, MakeCode); Micro:bit knowledge advantageous
• Proficient in photography and videography, including composition, lighting, camera settings, and editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent)
• Proficient in video/audio production workflows and exporting media for various platforms
• Proficient in maintaining Google Sites and basic AV troubleshooting
