Job summary

GREENSAFE International PTE. LTD. seeks an AV support professional to assist school operations and events, maintain AV resources, and create multimedia content for events and the school website.

The role includes weekly Infocomm Club CCA training, ad-hoc staff/student training on teaching/learning software, multimedia, and AV support, and duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Multimedia required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with iOS platforms and iPads.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with iOS apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets).
• Familiar with Google Suite.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Experience creating and maintaining websites.

Responsibilities

Working hour

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7.15 am to 4.00 pm
• Tuesdays (CCA day): 7.15 am to 5.45 pm
• Fridays: 7.15 am to 3.30 pm

Scope of Services

• Provide AV support for school operations and events
• Maintain AV resources and inventory
• Take photos/videos of school events and create multimedia content for events and the school website
• Conduct weekly Infocomm Club CCA training
• Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students on teaching/learning software, multimedia, and AV support
• Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in IT/Multimedia or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in:

  • iOS platform and iPads

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • iOS apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets, etc.)

  • Google Suite

  • AI Tools

  • Creating, designing, and maintaining websites

• Must be registered with MOE as an instructor
