Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking an ICT Aide to provide AV support for school operations and events at 1020 Dover Road, S139657. The role involves assisting with AV resources, capturing multimedia content, and conducting weekly Infocomm club training.

The incumbent will also deliver ad-hoc training on teaching software and multimedia tools, as well as perform duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in IT/Multimedia, has at least 2 years of ICT training or

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Multimedia required and MOE instructor registration by ITQ closing date.
• Minimum 2 years of ICT Trainer experience or relevant field experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in photo taking, video recording and multimedia production using video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV support for school operations and events.
• Assist staff to maintain AV resources and inventory.
• Capture photos/videos for school events and maintain school website.
• Conduct Infocomm club CCA weekly training.
• Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students in teaching, learning software, multimedia, and AV support.

Services required are set out as follows:

• 1. Provide services for AV support for schooloperations and events
• 2. Support staff to maintain AV resources andinventory
• 3. Take photos and videos of school events andcreate multimedia production for school events and to maintain school website
• 4. Conduct Infocomm club CCA weekly training
• 5. Provide ad-hoc training for staff and studentsin teaching and learning software, multimedia and AV support
• 6. Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and SchoolLeaders

Personnel shall have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• 1.Minimally a Diploma holder in an IT/Multimedia related field
• 2.Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Trainer or relevantexperience in related field
• 3.Minimum 2 years of experience in phototaking, video recording andmultimedia production (please specifyexperience in the use of video editing software eg. Adobe, iMovie, WindowsMovie Maker, Final Cut Pro,etc)
• 4.Proficient in the following:
  • a.iOS platform and use of iPad
  • b.Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • c.IOS apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets, etc)
  • d.Google Suite
  • e.AI Tools
  • f.Creating, designing and maintaining website
• 5.Must be registered with MOE as aninstructor as of ITQ closing date.
