Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Information Technology Security Officer to support cybersecurity governance, assurance, and security management across architecture, vulnerability assessment, risk management, and cloud security. You will coordinate reviews, maintain registers, and generate reports to strengthen security posture.

The role requires strong coordination, analytical, and documentation skills with a solid grasp of enterprise cybersecurity controls and governance

Qualifications

• Good understanding of enterprise cybersecurity concepts including vulnerability management, risk assessment, system hardening, firewall controls, cloud security, and governance.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity assessments, remediation activities, and security review processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, policies, standards, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security architecture records and design documentation.
• Coordinate VAPT engagements and remediation tracking.
• Maintain cybersecurity risk registers and treatment actions.
• Support periodic hardening compliance and CSPM findings.
• Prepare security reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Assist in documenting policies, standards, and procedures.
