Job summary

Housing & Development Board (HDB) is seeking a motivated ICT Security professional to design and govern its security framework across enterprise IT systems. You will shape policies, lead risk assessments, and oversee third-party security and access controls to protect critical information assets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure, compliant technology solutions, raise security awareness, and monitor evolving threats in Singapore's public sector environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct ICT security experience.
• Strong knowledge of information security risks, controls, and compliance.
• Familiarity with security policies, standards, and third-party management.
• Professional IT security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the ICT security governance structure to strengthen HDB's posture.
• Update IT security policies, standards and procedures to stay current with evolving threats.
• Ensure compliance with government IT security policies and third-party management.
• Raise security awareness through outreach programmes and phishing exercises.
• Administer access controls and lifecycle management of digital certificates.
