Seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement governance across the organization. The successful candidate will partner closely with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Operations, IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, and Corporate Functions to ensure value-driven procurement decisions that support business growth, operational resilience, and digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, negotiation skills, and oversight governance, with experience in managing procurement activities across telecommunications, ICT, cloud, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, and enterprise technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Conducting compliance check on new and existing suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Creating purchase orders and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Conduct tender process.
• Managed outsourced warehouse and ensure enough inventory for deployment.
• Ensure accuracy of the inventory movement.
• Preparing procurement and inventory reports.
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
• Experience using SAP.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Management and leadership skills.
