Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT Executive to manage and support a range of devices and services. You will handle setup, troubleshooting, and daily ICT operations across multiple locations, including assisting with AV and media production tasks.

The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, plus knowledge of AV systems and inventory management. Diploma holders are invited to apply, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• Experience as ICT Executive or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in AV setup and video editing.
• Inventory tracking experience preferred.

• Provide technical and application support and troubleshoot ICT devices.

• Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons and training on Microsoft and Google applications.
