Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT and AV support professional for Boon Lay to assist teachers with learning devices and to record lessons for professional sharing. You will design digital materials for events in collaboration with staff and help produce in-house communications.

The role also covers event photography/videography, post-production, and the creation of digital lesson assets. A Higher NITEC in ICT and at least two years of ICT/AV teaching-support experience are

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in ICT or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of ICT/AV teaching-support experience.
• Familiarity with multimedia design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing).

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in moving and setting up learning devices.
• Assist in recording lessons or activities for sharing/reflection.
• Design digital collaterals for events in collaboration with event owners.
• Prepare digital lesson materials (slides, videos, SLS lessons) with teachers.
• Assist in designing and producing in-house digital collaterals for school communications.
• Provide photography/videography support during key school events and post-event editing.

About the job ICT and AV support (Boon Lay)

Contract Period: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (opt to extend)

Working hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break


• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Scope

ICT Support for Teaching and Learning

• 1. Support teachers in the movement and setup of learning devices.


• 2. Support teachers in recording lessons or activities for professionalsharing or reflection.

Multimedia and Collateral Design

• 3. Design digital collaterals for events (e.g. posters, slides, videos, etc.) incollaboration with event owners.


• 4. Prepare digital lesson materials (e.g. slides, videos, SLS lessons, etc.)in collaboration with teachers.


• 5. Assist in the design and production of in-house digital collaterals forschool communications.

Event and Publicity Support

• 6. Provide photography and/or videography support during key schoolevents, including post-event production such as editing, publishing andarchiving photo and video content.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC in an ICT related discipline.


• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ICT, AV and related teaching support (prior exposure to school-based ICT or multimedia support will be an advantage).


• Familiarity with multimedia design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite,Canva, video editing softwares) and basic design principles.
