Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an ICT/AV Support Assistant for a Serangoon-based role. The position covers AV/IT maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment replacement, inventory, vendor liaison, and support for exams and events in a school setting.

The ideal candidate holds a NITEC in AV/IT or engineering, with familiarity in IT/AV systems, strong MS Office and Adobe Suite skills, and at least 1 year of school experience.

Qualifications

• NITEC in AV/IT or engineering related field.
• Familiarity with IT/AV systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player.
• Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush).
• At least 1 year of experience working as ICT/AV Assistant in a school.

Responsibilities

• Basic periodic maintenance of AV/IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving AV/IT equipment and systems.
• Physical replacement of faulty AV/IT equipment (e.g. classrooms ceiling mounted projectors).
• Manage inventory of AV/IT equipment.
• Liaise with vendors regarding maintenance and purchase of AV/IT equipment and consumables.
• Manage user accounts for the school wireless network.
• Update the digital signage system.
• Render and upload lecture recordings.
• Set-up of IT and AV equipment for examination venues.
• Provide AV support for major school events independently.
• Printing of posters.

About the job ICT/AV Support (Serangoon)

Requirement:

Duration/ Working hours:

12 months contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Regular Periods
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, inclusive of 45 mins
lunch break
Fridays: 8:15 am to 5:00 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break.

Examination Periods (up to 8 weeks per year)
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 45 mins
lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break.

Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted
public holidays, except for a few Saturdays in a year when
personnel may be required to report for school events.
