Tap Growth ai is seeking a dedicated ICT Aide in Singapore to support daily technology operations and AV needs for school activities. The role emphasizes hands-on IT support, multimedia production, and proactive problem solving to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will handle AV setup, training, and website updates while meeting MOE instructor requirements and collaborating with the ICT team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/Multimedia field required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as ICT Trainer or relevant experience.
• 2+ years in photo/video and multimedia production; specify editing software experience.
• Proficient in iOS, iPad, MS Office, Google Suite, AI Tools, and website creation/maintenance.
• Must be MOE registered as an instructor by ITQ closing date.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV support for school operations and events.
• Support staff to maintain AV resources and inventory.
• Take photos and videos of school events and create multimedia production for events and website.
• Conduct Infocomm club CCA weekly training.
• Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students in teaching and learning software, multimedia and AV support.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented ICT Aide to support our technology operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others with their tech needs. The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Provide services for AV support for school operations and events
2. Support staff to maintain AV resources and inventory
3. Take photos and videos of school events and create multimedia production for school events and to maintain school website
4. Conduct Infocomm club CCA weekly training
5. Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students in teaching and learning software, multimedia and AV support
6. Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders

The Personnel shall have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

1. Minimally a Diploma holder in an IT/Multimedia related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Trainer or relevant experience in related field
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in phototaking, video recording and multimedia production (please specify experience in the use of video editing software eg. Adobe, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Final Cut Pro,etc)
4. Proficient in the following:
   • iOS platform and use of iPad
   • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
   • Google Suite
   • AI Tools
   • Creating, designing and maintaining website
5. Must be registered with MOE as an instructor as of ITQ closing date.
