Job summary

AETOS Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an Integrated Command Centre Operator in Singapore to monitor real-time security events and coordinate responses. You will oversee CCTV, video analytics, alarms and access control, handling calls and escalating incidents per established procedures.

The role requires good English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, video analytics, security alarms and access control systems.
• Analyse real-time security events and elevate incidents when required.
• Activate and coordinate response teams for security alarms and incidents.
• Monitor employee attendance and provide operational reports to management.
• Manage access clearance records for authorised persons and vehicles.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to client enquiries.
• Prepare basic incident and operational reports.
• Follow security SOPs, escalation procedures and other operational requirements.

The Role

• Analyse real-time security events and elevate incidents when required.
• Activate and coordinate response teams for security alarms and incidents.
• Monitor employee attendance and provide operational reports to management.
• Manage access clearance records for authorised persons and vehicles.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to client enquiries.
• Prepare basic incident and operational reports.
• Follow security SOPs, escalation procedures and other operational requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Willing to work at Corporation Drive or Ubi.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in command centre, security operations, CCTV monitoring or call centre operations is an advantage.
• PLRD Security Officer Licence is an advantage.
• Training will be provided.
