Job summary

AEQON, a subsidiary of EXEO Group, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service CCTV surveillance, EACS, and related systems across project sites in Singapore. The role covers site surveys, on-site technical support, and hands-on maintenance.

You will perform testing and commissioning, compile fault and safety reports, and ensure reliable operation through preventive and corrective maintenance. Training is provided; driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Electrical/Electronics/Security Engineering is required.
• Able to analyze issues and develop solutions.
• Good customer management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys with customers to capture essential requirements.
• Provide on-site technical support for CCTV and EACS projects.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV and related systems.

• Prepare fault investigation reports with root-cause analysis.

• Possibly standby duties to support operations team.

Summary of Position

The incumbent is required to perform maintenance and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems, Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS), and other associated systems, as well as support system testing and commissioning for various project activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform site survey with customers to capture essential requirements.
• Provide on-site technical support for A&A work orders received by Project and Customer Care departments.
• Carry out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on the CCTV surveillance, EACS and other Associate systems.
• Conduct testing & commissioning of cameras, EACS and other devices for integration with backend system switches.
• Prepare investigation and fault-finding reports, with root cause analysis, for submission to customers.
• Carry out risk assessments and always adhere to site safety requirements.
• Prepare & update fault logs and summary report for customers.
• Track & update records of all hardware inventory spares used.
• Able to perform frequent Work-at-Height activities safely and effectively, while actively participating in physically demanding manual work at project and maintenance sites.
• Perform 24x7 standby duties and/or covering shift duties to support operation team when necessary.

Requirements

• A Diploma or ITE certification in Electrical/Electronics/Security Engineering
• Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good customer management and communication skills
• A good team player with the ability to multi-task
• Driven, self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Resilient and persistent
• Training will be provided
• Preferable with Class 3 or 3A driving license
• Able to work at Height
• Have relevant working experiences in Changi Airport
