Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks an experienced Integrated Business Value (IBV) Lead, Asia to drive value identification, quantification and realization for customers across Asia.

You will work with customers, sales, solution architects and delivery teams to transform supply chain challenges into measurable ROI and strategic outcomes. You will build robust business cases, articulate tangible value, and lead executive-level presentations to differentiate Hitachi Energy's solutions, while staying ahead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field required.
• MBA highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business value, strategic sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of value propositions for key customers and strategic pursuits across Asia.
• Develop business cases through ROI calculations, TCO analysis and benefits realization frameworks.
• Apply your supply chain industry expertise to translate complex challenges into measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to embed value-based selling throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with architects and industry experts to translate capabilities into clear customer value.
• Lead executive-level customer presentations and workshops to articulate business value.
• Maintain understanding of supply chain trends, dynamics, and competitive landscape across Asia.
• Track achieved business value post-implementation and develop customer success stories.
• Support continuous improvement of value frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
