Job summary

Hitachi Energy Singapore is seeking a Project Management Team Lead to drive successful project delivery, governance, and business growth across a portfolio of projects. You will lead a team of Project Managers, ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability, and act as a partner to customers and cross-functional teams.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation, while promoting continuous improvement and global collaboration in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience leading project teams and managing complex portfolios.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and project professionals.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful execution and objective achievement.
• Drive project delivery excellence by meeting contractual commitments, budget targets, and schedules.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance and compliance with policies.
