ETONHOUSE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an educator to provide an inclusive and engaging learning environment, using a transdisciplinary IB PYP approach. You will differentiate the curriculum to meet diverse learning needs and collaborate with Inclusive Education and EAL teams, families and colleagues.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor Degree in Education (or subject degree plus PGCE) with 2–5 years of teaching experience; IB training is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Education or equivalent, or a subject degree with a PGCE.
• 2–5 years of professional teaching experience.
• IB course work and training are highly valued.
• Knowledge of inquiry-based learning is desirable.
• Experience with EAL/SEND provision is advantageous.

• Provide an inclusive and engaging learning environment grounded in evidence-based practice.
• Deliver a challenging, relevant IB PYP-aligned curriculum.
• Differentiate the curriculum for diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with Inclusive Education and EAL teams and the school counselor.
• Maintain authentic relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Maintain planning documents, monitor progress and use technology to enhance learning.
• Ensure strong classroom management and safeguarding of students.
• Participate in professional learning and school-wide wellbeing initiatives.
