Job summary
Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking an Engineer with strong Java development and SailPoint customization skills to strengthen our IAM delivery capability in Singapore. You will translate client requirements into technical SailPoint solutions, develop and maintain customisations, and work with project teams to deliver scalable IAM systems.
You will also provide technical guidance, coach junior engineers, and help build internal SailPoint capability through knowledge sharing and development best
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related discipline.
- Hands-on Java development experience in enterprise apps.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ customization and development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Analyse requirements and translate into SailPoint customisation and development solutions.
- Design, develop, configure and maintain SailPoint customisations with Java.
- Develop rules, workflows, connectors, and reports per project needs.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SailPoint implementations.
- Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of IAM solutions.
- Develop integrations between SailPoint and other enterprise apps.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Participate in solution design, prototyping, testing, deployment and support.
- Contribute to build, release, deployment and configuration activities.
- Develop and execute test plans and perform quality reviews.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support continuous improvement of IAM delivery practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship on Java and SailPoint.
- Coach junior resources through knowledge transfer and code reviews.
- Develop reusable documentation and coding guidelines.
- Enable juniors to own SailPoint activities with less senior support.
- Stay current with SailPoint capabilities and IAM trends.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in planning, discussions and reviews.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned.
