Job summary

This Associate-level Cybersecurity role focuses on delivering specialist cyber expertise and protecting systems and networks.

The role involves operating IAM services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in platform upgrades and incident response.

Qualifications

• IAM platforms and products such as Transmit Security, ForgeRock, Ping Identity.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux admin.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, Shell, or Perl.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed production environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and ops tools (Splunk, Grafana, ServiceNow, Jira, Jenkins).
• Experience in IAM operations, SRE, or platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize global IAM services; assess performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues escalated by customers and engineers.
• Align IAM infrastructure with current and future business needs.
• Participate in platform upgrades and migrations; drive improvements.
• Hands-on admin and troubleshooting of IAM products.
