Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Hydraulic MRO specialist to render maintenance, repair and overhaul support for hydraulic components and systems. The role focuses on cost-efficient methods across service life stages and works under the Head of Department.

The incumbent will provide engineering support, conduct failure investigations, study technical drawings, and document procedures to ensure conformance to standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical engineering with 2 years of experience in hydraulic fields or MRO services.
• Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 5 years of experience in hydraulic fields or MRO services.
• Certified Reliability Engineer is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to hydraulic products and MRO services.
• Conduct failure investigations and prepare reports with recommendations for approval.
• Prepare and study hydraulic system drawings, cylinders, pumps and motors for MRO operations.
• Document work procedures based on technical requirements for MRO components.
• Analyze and interpret test information to resolve repaired problems.
• Train, plan, assign, and direct technicians; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Lead a platform to ensure MRO component serviceability.
• Propose proactive approaches to new capability build-ups.
