Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd. is seeking a mission-oriented Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Engineer to join the MRO – Engineering team. You will ensure reliability, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements for GSE maintenance at the customer site.

You will report onsite to the Operations Manager at SATS Maintenance Centre, with support from the Head MRO-Engineering Department at the company HQ for hydraulic, mechanical and electrical matters. The role includes weekend on-call when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics or automotive engineering with 2+ years of experience, or a diploma with 6+ years in automotive or GSE.
• Proven experience in maintenance operations or engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues to minimize GSE downtime.
• Conduct failure mode analysis and recommend maintenance improvements.
• Communicate troubleshooting results and corrective actions to customers.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for customers.
• Develop and update maintenance manuals and repair procedures.
• Coordinate with operations, QA, and supply chain to optimize schedules.
• Respond to urgent issues during off-hours when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
