United Overseas Bank Ltd. is seeking a VP, AML Systems – Transaction Monitoring in Singapore to lead the enhancement and governance of the AML/CFT transaction monitoring platform.

You will partner with Group Compliance, IT, and external vendors to optimize risk management across Singapore and overseas locations. You will be the subject matter expert, tuning thresholds, calibrating scenarios, and driving AI/ML/RPA-enabled improvements to monitoring capabilities while ensuring regulatory alignment

Qualifikationen

• Degree or higher qualification in banking/CS or BIS.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in team lead and project management.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and financial crime.
• Experience with data analytics, AI/ML, and RPA.

Aufgaben

• Lead AML/CFT transaction monitoring system initiatives.
• Collaborate with Group IT and external vendors to optimize risk management.
• Tune monitoring thresholds and calibrate scenarios to reduce false positives.
• Provide training to overseas compliance teams on TM solutions.
• Drive change management for TM system enhancements.
