Job summary
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to own end‑to‑end resolution of complex issues for enterprise customers. The role combines remote incident analysis with strong technical leadership and collaboration across engineers, management, and partner teams.
The position is designed as hybrid, requiring 2 days per week at an HPE office, in Singapore. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience and a solid foundation in storage arrays and virtualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in relevant product lines.
- Hands‑on expertise with HPE storage arrays and enterprise compute.
- Exposure to virtualization and open technologies (Linux, Windows).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted remote technical expert, diagnosing complex incidents via log analysis.
- Provide technical leadership across incident management and root-cause investigations.
- Communicate recovery plans clearly and design preventive action plans to improve resilience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and account teams to accelerate resolution.
