• Cultivates relationships with strategic accounts to drive growth.
• Acts as trusted advisor in service delivery to customers and the organization.
• Designs and executes support solutions and leads planning and management.
• Develops Value Based Delivery (VBD) account plans for specific accounts.
• Provides mentoring to lower-level employees.
