Job summary

M-DAQ Global is seeking an Associate, Business Management and Revenue Operations to drive revenue planning, KPI development, and cross-functional execution within a fintech context. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will blend strategy with hands-on implementation across sales, analytics, and finance.

You will build BI dashboards, manage sales operations, CRM, budgeting, incentives and collaborate with marketing and sales to target accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities with interest in sales operations.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Metabase.
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal English; Mandarin a plus.
• Proactive and willing to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute strategic initiatives led by the Business Unit Head.
• Develop and manage BI dashboards on client performance for review with Sales and Account Management.
• Perform Sales Operations: CRM management, budgeting, incentives, KPI alignment with finance and data teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to update ABM lists for targeted campaigns.
