We are hiring a Relationship Manager to expand our agent base through proactive outreach, compelling product pitches, and high-quality service.

The role is hunter-focused, requiring energy, resilience, and the ability to build early relationships, onboard new clients, and help them succeed on our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or BD in fast-paced env.
• Strong hunter mentality, motivated, persistent and results oriented.
• Excellent communication, ability to pitch and handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through high-volume outreach and cold calling.
• Build a strong pipeline and generate new revenue opportunities.
• Deliver product pitches and demonstrations to agents.
• Support onboarding and activation on the platform.
• Hit monthly sales and activity targets.
