ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost management for projects, liaise with stakeholders, and finalize accounts. The role values professional client interactions, accurate measurements, and thorough tender documentation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building/ Construction Management and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Building/ Construction Management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cost management and QS tasks is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide support in cost management of projects.
• Collaborate with Consultants to manage multidisciplinary issues and liaise with stakeholders.
• Be professional and diligent in meetings, able to negotiate and communicate with clients and build strong relationships.
• Measurement (taking off quantities) and apply suitable rates to build up cost estimates.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation.
• Finalize project final accounts and other QS tasks.
