Job summary

Love, Bonito in Singapore invites a Merchandising Intern to support retail growth across physical stores and e-commerce, learning end-to-end merchandising from data analysis to product lifecycle.

You'll collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Retail Ops; gain hands-on experience with buying tools, dashboards, and product management systems while applying strong Excel and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Bachelor's in Merchandising, Fashion Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.
• Flexibility for extended hours during peak seasons.
• Minimum full-time commitment of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Data & Performance Analysis: track and analyze performance indicators; create routine merchandising reports.
• Assortment & Product Support: track launch timelines; monitor stock; perform market benchmarking.
• Inventory & Replenishment Execution: monitor stock levels; support stock transfers and replenishment.
• E-Commerce & Digital Merchandising Support: audit online store; improve site navigation and categorization.
• Visual Merchandising & Marketing Coordination: assist with displays and marketing campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with marketing, retail, and operations on merchandising initiatives.
