Job summary

Love, Bonito in Singapore is offering a 6–7 month internship supporting the Product Development team with admin tasks, garment preparation for fittings, and sample management. You will assist in developing new styles and handle data entry and filing in internal systems.

Requirements include Mandarin data-entry capability in Chinese, proficiency with Microsoft Office, attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum commitment of 6-7 months (June to January).
• All qualifications are welcome.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves entering data in Chinese.
• Open to Singaporeans and PRs only due to quota restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Support product developers during fitting sessions by preparing the garments before and after each fitting session.
• Assist product developers in development of new styles.
• Purchase fabrics, stationery, or other materials as needed by the team.
• Model dresser for buying sessions.
• Support event preparation through ad hoc errands.
• Upload fitting photos to internal systems.
• Transfer information from paper to digital systems (or between platforms).
• Create powerpoint slides for meetings.
