Job summary

Love, Bonito in Singapore is seeking a vibrant Retail Associate to join our team. You’ll drive day‑to‑day store operations, assist customers with styling, and ensure exceptional shopping experiences across our products.

You’ll work 44 hours per week over a 5‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays, with opportunity to earn attractive commissions and be part of a fast‑paced, supportive culture at Love, Bonito.

Qualifications

• A love for fashion and brand passion, with people-oriented mindset.
• Strong customer service mindset and goal-oriented sales approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both listening and engaging customers.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with guests.
• Team player who collaborates well with staff to achieve targets.
• Good fashion sense and ability to advise on styling and silhouettes.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day retail operations with the store manager to boost sales.
• Cashier duties using the POS system, handling exchanges and returns.
• Receive and process stock, replenishments, transfers, and stocktakes.
• Ensure merchandise is available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor.
• Maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment including fitting rooms.
• Communicate promotions and offers to customers.
• Deliver first-class service and exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Advise guests on colour, fit, and silhouette to meet their needs.

You should have / be:

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day retail operations & work with the store manager to drive store sales performance
• Cashier duties using the POS system to process payments, exchanges and returns.
• Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
• Communicate to customers about on-going promotions & offers
• Promote first class service excellence & customer experience at all times
• Be a customer experience champion, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs

Requirements

• 44 hours per week
• 5 days rostered work week
• Open to both opening and closing shifts.
• All staff must be open to work on weekends and on public holidays
