Job summary

Love, Bonito is Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand headquartered in Singapore, offering growth through new categories and markets. We are looking for an intern to assist the Product Development team with administrative tasks, data entry in Chinese, and sample management in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Mandarin, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• 6–7 month commitment (June to January).
• All qualifications welcome.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Mandarin proficiency required; data entry in Chinese.

The role

You will be responsible for assisting the Product Development team in every aspect of the process from daily adhoc administrative tasks to the sorting and preparation of our garments for fitting. This is a multi-faceted role that requires a dynamic individual with initiative - one who thrives in a fast paced and exciting environment but can remain calm under pressure.

You should have / be

• Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, and well-organized
• Effectively manage multiple tasks in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility by ensuring each task is completed thoroughly from start to finish
• Proactive and capable of working independently, while also being a reliable and collaborative team player
• Consistent and committed to completing the internship

Main responsibilities

Sample Management

• Support product developers during fitting sessions by preparing the garments before and after each fitting session
• Assist product developers in development of new styles

Administrative Support

• Purchase fabrics, stationery, or other materials as needed by the team
• Model dresser for buying sessions
• Support event preparation through ad hoc errands

Data Entry

• Upload fitting photos to internal systems
• Transfer information from paper to digital systems (or between platforms)
• Create powerpoint slides for meetings

Requirements

• Minimum commitment of 6-7 months (June to January)
• All qualifications are welcome
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to tasks
• Highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves entering data in Chinese
• Open to Singaporeans and PRs only due to quota restrictions
